BREATHWORK: PAUSING & PRANAYAMA

Whenever I am stressed,  shallow breathing  is the first sign that I am anxious,  and don’t feel safe.
A few consciously deep breaths bring me back to present moment… where if  I am in flow with life – everything passes…
